I apologize for the multi-group posting, but I am looking for an
adoptive parent for my 1973 Cutlass Supreme.
My grandmother gave me this car. I am the second owner- she bought it
new in 1972. It was her baby. She loved it.
But now I'm in the midst of a gas crisis, and I can't afford to keep
the big beast anymore as my daily driver.
The body is in great shape, no dents, no dings and no cancers. Power
windows, locks, clean and intact vinyl hardtop.
Silvery/gold color on the outside- I believe GM calls it "Pewter."
Tires new in 2003. Rocket 350 V8, automatic transmission (recently
serviced).
Repairs/modifications: HEI ignition, high lift cam, Holley Quadrajet
replacement, glass packs, radiator overflow reservoir, distributor,
brake master cylinder, new starter and some newer wiring.
Issues: small tears on the drivers' side interior. Driver's side power
window sometimes falls off of its track.
Could use new motor mounts, some belts and hoses.
The perfect car for someone who loves to tinker around with old cars
but needs something that will get them to point B from point A without
any unpleasant surprises. The reliability on this car put my old Volvo
to shame.
Last year for the curvy, muscle-car body type.
The car is located in Longmont, Colorado, USA.

Do you still have the car and if so does it have bucket seats? Please
email photos.
Thank you,
Neil
