So I bought a new starter for my car cause mine is dead. I have a 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Internationl 3.4, and I was wondering if ANYBODY can tell me how to remove the old starter and replace it with the new one. The thing was I spend hours looking at the car, checking fuses, checking computers, replacing filters. But I’ve found out that I need my starter and fuel pump replaced. I bought the starter and I’m gonna get the fuel pump and when I do, i’m gonna go to a mechanic and get them both replaced. It would save me a whole bunch of money If I can get my starter replaced by myself. That’s why i’m asking for help and how I can do it, the easy way. > Well I haven't even tried to get it running. Never mind I did it all by myself with no manual no website. Just by my self. Car is getting near starting but still won’t. Any hints, help? Just don’t say anything about computers or sensors.
