I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora and I believe the Turn Signal Flasher has gone out. I looked under the black cover below the stering column and have not been able to locate it. Does Anyone know where to locate the flasher? According to the diagram I looked it should be mounted on the steering wheel brace and is just to the left of the hazard flasher. They're almost side by side under there.
