Hi All, I'm looking for a suitable diesel to transplant into a '96 Toyota T100. Some folks on the Chevy list suggested I look at the older 4.3 V6 diesel engines offered in the Cutlass Cierra and other cars. Any of you have experience with that engine? What did you think? Any good sources for complete engines or is this pretty much a junk yard search now? Hi, i have a 83 Cutlass Ciera with the V6 4.3 Diesel engine and i have drived it only 10000 miles aprox, but by now the motors runs very good, and is fast too, (it doesn´t have too much rpm´s, and the injection pump must be perfect to have all the rpm´s of the motor), if you need more info or pics, tell me.
