My 99 olds silhouette van has a shudder when I brake.  Just had new tires
put on and tech said brakes were ok.  I feel the shudder in the brake
pedal but it kind of feels like it is something under the van.  Any help
would be appreciated.

The tech probably just checked the pads, make sure one of the rotors is not
warped

That would be my guess too. Seems like a rather common problem on my
Aurora for some reason. Pricey too.

Make sure that the wheel nuts are properly tightened.
