307 HDI fuel filter location

Please inform me about location of fuel filter in 307 HDI Break.
Hope it is easy to reach and clean/replace.

It should be at the front of the engine opposite the radiator. If you lift
the bonnet and look down, it's right in front of you. there is also a clear
plastic pipe connected to the bottom of it for draining water.

Thanks. I heard keyword here (draining). :)
Is it selfdraining filter? Not obligatory water draining every 20.000 km?
Nice..... :)
I was also wondering of purpose of that draining pipe, now it clear.
I have to check this.

In my 406 HDI service manual, the fuel filter needs to be purged every 20k
and replaced every 40k. the purge is done through the draining pipe
manually.

Yes, I think I noticed that somewhere in my manual also.... :(
Anyway, when i see filter I knew what to do.

Usually the fuel filter on Peugeots are at the fuel tank! (I think)

For petrol model, most fuel filters fitted underneath the body slightly
behind the front door. For diesel cars, most of them have the fuel filter in
engine bay.
