I was wondering how much a L Plate 1.6 Peugeot 306xr is usually priced
at? I am thinking of selling it and need to know an average price.
It is in immaculate condition, both inside and out.
It has a full service history and is a champagne-y colour.
Its a 5 door with front electric windows, electric sunroof,
alarm/imob, and central locking. It has recently had 4 new brakes and
pads fitted. and a new cat convertor fitted too.
There is one problem with it and that is that the speedo doesn't work
at the minute but i have been advised that it can be fixed.
How much do you reckon it could be sold for ?

Parkers guide available in any newsagents will tell you the price and allow
adjustment for mileage etc.
The new brake pads and things make no difference at all as they are just
service parts and are expected to be replaced when worn anyway as are CAT's.
The Speedo is more of a problem, as strictly speaking it is not roadworthy
and would fail an MOT without it.
Due to the way such repairs can escalate in cost, I personally would not buy
a car with this problem.
"Sorry"
If you have been advised that it can be fixed, then why haven't you?
