Hi, Came back to my car park today to see that some kind soul had nocked out
and badly cracked the mirror/glass of my drivers side wing mirror on my '98
406. The mirror has a thin black plastic back and a large circular wire clip
that looks like it holds the mirror in place tothe corresponding part within
the mirror housing.
What is the prodedure for changing these can anyone advise please? It is not
an electric mirror but can be adjusted manually from inside the car.
Thanks.

I found it easier to replace the whole thing, about ?50 from an independent.

Go to Halfords and buy a replacement lens for about a fiver and stick it
