Subject : 1991 205 GL 1.1 5-door Hatchback.
Rain water leak somewhere around the back end. Water gets into the boot
area then runs down into the well under the rear seats. It forms a pool,
the rear seats (being foam rubber) absorbs the water, result :
constantly wet seats, nastly damp smell etc.
Have spend many happy hours spraying the back end of the car with a
hose-pipe whilst somebody sits inside watching for leaks. No joy. Have
replaced hatch door rubber door seals. No affect. Rear window was
recently smashed by vandals and replaced - so new window seal here, but
still the rain comes in !!
