106 - Gears make a noise

my car is an S’reg 106 zest-3
I’ve noticed when i change gear i can actually hear the gears coming
together..... its like a CLUNK! each time i change gear (biting point)

Is my Gearbox on it’s way out or is it something else??
Does any1 know what this is????

I have heard noisy gear changes when the clutch is worn and does not fully
release, probably worth a look.
