206 gasoline not diesel

Wich interface can I use to access obd port on my car?
Elektor? Scantools with ELM323?

I prefer to use an optoisolated one, without microcontroller for
transmission control.
A PC with VB with MSCOMM if possible? Need obd command documentation

Need help!!!!!

Any interface will work, that's the whole point of the OBD-II system :)
There are four different protocols though, so make sure you invest in the
