When is an SE not an SE? I just took delivery of a year old 407 "SE" which
does not have cruise control, tho the salesman said it did. (To be fair, he
looked it up in the spec list). Also the automatic repositioning of the
rear view mirrors doesn't seem to work either. Nice car so far tho, very
impressed, just wish could see the end of the bonnet and some of the boot!!
(and I'm 6'2")

Cruise is now standard but was not until about April. Your salesman may
be checking current spec lists. Caveat Emptor!

BUT you can have cruise control fitted. It just needs a switch fitted
to the Comm 2000 and configured by the diagnostic Planet Peugeot. They
can also check about your mirrors.

I have been trying to track down a solution to the auto dipping door
mirrors: My dealer didny have a clue. I have tried to contact Peugeot
direct. If I get anywhere I shall let you know...
