I've currently got a Pug 307 SW which has the factory fitted radio
cassette head unit and a 5 disc in - dash Cd changer. I'd like to buy
an Ipod, and connect it to the head unit via the aux in socket, which
is already occupied by the CD changer cable. Does anyone know of a
source of splitter cables to allow you to do this ? The ideal situation
would be to be able to use the steering wheel controls, for the ipod
when connected and for the Cd when no ipod is present. FM and dummy
cassette options are the last resort, and i've investigated them
already.

many thanx

Just to help, what kind of radio do you have? RD3 (CD player) or RT3 (with
telephone)
If its a new 307, it's probably RD4 or RT3.
