I see in the specs for 407 the words 'mono' CD.
Surely they don't mean 'mono' as in not stereo? I was not aware that anyone
made mono cd players and tape decks and radios have been stereo for years,

As in monophonic? As you used to see when you were buying things like cheap
cassette recorders and radios years back!
Thanks for the reply. I twigged after posting that it was probably
marketing speak for 'not a multichanger'.
