Is there a pollen filter on the 307? The handbook suggests that the pollen
filter should be changed, but makes no mention of where it might be as far
as I can see.

I'm only guessing but under the dashboard is a favourite place.

The pollen filter is on the offside of the car and located in the
engine bay behind the sound proofing on the bulkhead  - you need to
remove a couple of sound proofing clips then pull down the sound
proofing out of the way and you should see a black panel about 12
inches by 2 inches - pull this away from the bulkhead and there you
will find your pollen filter - hope this helps.

They did a good job of disguising it, no wonder I couldn't find it. 20
minutes and a skinned knuckle later, and it's nice and clean.
I wonder how often that gets missed in servicing, it should have been done
3000 miles ago, and it was completely caked in rubbish.
Thanks for the help Mike.

Brian.
PS, Malc, I did look under the dash first.
