Please can anyone help with a wiring diagram for a diesel 206 (not HDi) year
2000
have got starting probs . what voltages are at the pump as I hhink this is
where the problem is !

Perhaps you could be a little more specific, what sort of starting problems?
In very cold weather, or when the engine is warm, or always? Does it just
turn over and not fire, or does it almost catch but not quite? The more you
can give, the more people can help.

Not long ago there was a thread on this group detailing a web site that had
been set up for people with exactly your problem.   It seems to be
widespread and I think they were hoping to gang up on Peugeot who were
denying that there was a problem.   Here is the link they posted:
