406 Service - now AntiPollution Faults

Hi Folks

Ive just changed my Air, Diesel, and Oil Filter as well as my Oil.

Now when I am driving along and put my foot on the break pedal I get the
Engine Block symbol coming on with the message "AntiPollution Fault".

As soon as I take my foot off the break pedal everything is fine again.
I would expect these symptoms when I need some new pads - but surely then I
should get the pad light coming on with a "Breaking Fault" message?

Before I take my wheels off to examine my pads, anyone got any other ideas?

TIA
Oli
