Went to Camberley autos and got 4 new Glow Plugs ,called Drive Master they use them in all of there vans,So these should do the trick.Got told that Champion Glow Plugs are not as good as people make out,

I am glad you are sorted but starting half a dozen different threads on the
same topic isn't really neccesary or good form.

A single thread will usually get just as much useful response and make more
sense to the reader too IMHO.

Yep.
I have to agree to some extent though, there should be a pug sub group for
heater plugs.
Any search would turn up a thousand similar questions, in fact a look back
three days would usualy suffice.
