206CC window question

Daughter is plagued with leaking windows on her 206CC. Dealer has
'fixed' it at least 3 times but still the same. The windows appear to
'click' into the rubber seal when the doors are closed and sometimes
they don't actually go in!

Just looked at a Tigra today and on that car, the windows drop very
slightly when the door is opened and then go back up into the seal
when they close. Silly question but should the 206Cc do something
similar?

TIA

cheers,

Think the 307cc does this but the 206cc pre-dated all that what with it
being the first mass cc etc (also the 307cc has auto roof catches but
you need to manually release them on the 206cc).

The 206cc window should slide under the seal as you close the door but
adjusting it seems to be a precise art otherwise the door fails to shut
or shuts ok and leaks :(

Thanks, all we need to do now is find a Pug dealer who can do the
precise art on the door/windows! Local one has failed VERY dismally!

Just keep plugging away at the warranty..

My drivers side was fine but the passenger side often didn't close
unless you dropped the window a bit. Got them to sort it (Bristol St,
Waltham Cross) at the 3 year service just before the warranty ran out
and it's fine now.
