Hi all,

I took my car to a friends garage to change the head gasket and now i
have it back the rev counter is not connected anymore, is this easy to
reconnect??

I took it back to them and they couldn't work out how anything there
had done could affect the rev counter and they couldn't fix it. :(

Thanks

Gavin

>From memory, it should be a plug on connector, at the rear of the bell
housing, the sensor picks up a magnetic pulse from the flywheel.

Have a look down the back, right where the engine and gearbox join, you
will see a sensor probabally not connected.
