Hi People
306d ........engine blew up some months ago due to broken belt just after
I bought the car, 575 miles to be exact...anyway the problem is I got a
newish engine 44k on it, it's fine runs well, but it just doesn't have the
pull of the old one, yes it's turbo is working but it seems to run out of
steam a lot sooner than the other, hard to explain but its like the turbo is
spinning and working but not putting out as good as the one on the old
engine, yes she's nippy, but the 0-60 lacks a bit, I'm 47 so not a boy
racer, just would like it to errrrrrr get up there a bit quicker, any ideas
would be gratefully accepted.....

Gordon

PS in 5th she flies foot down at 70 and she's off like a dart

Is the engine the same as the old one in c,c s??
go round the engine and check ALL the bolts and nuts to see if they are
tight, while doing this check all the gaskets are new,
