Hope someone can help...
My factory fitted radio has stopped working in my 1999 Peugeot 206 GTi.
Thinking that the radio had finally broken, I've changed the "old"
radio with another that I know works.
There is power going through to both ("old" and "new") radio's once
connected as the volume dial glows with the ignition, however both
refuse to work.
I've skipped through the menu of the in-dash display, and it states
that both Radio and CDC are "out" - any ideas as what's wrong?
Many thanks.

I have exactly the same problem on my 2000 Peugeot 206 with the same
radio.
When the radio "on" button is pressed the CD changer checks the CDs and
the central display comes on (but no radio info), so something is
working.
Please let me know if you find anything useful!
Regards, Mike

I have fixed my radio; the fault seemed to be a software problem
between the display and the radio.
Remove the central display cover - lift back of cover (near windscreen)
and unclip. Inside there's a little plug on top of display, release the
black clip then unplug it and plug back in.The display will now go back
to pre-set mode ie. english, french etc. Press left and right buttons
to enter the settings you want, and you may need to enter your radio
code (I didn't). The radio should now be back on. My CD changer then
came on when I re-inserted the CD cassette. Good Luck!!!

Thanks for this - unpluging the central display worked and I can now
drive around listening to my CD's instead of the sound of the engine!
