Hi,

I have an X reg Meridian 1.8 and in the last 2 days the exhaust note
has become rather "bad boy loud"...

upon inspection it seems that a clamp/fitting that joins the pipe
coming from the rear of the back box/silencer to the main exhaust pipe
has rusted/fallen off.

does anyone know what part this would be on eurocarparts?  it looks
very simple to fix.

Or shall I jsut get it done at a kwik fit or something? can't cost a
bomb surely...

any replies/advice much appreciated.

The clamps are available from most exhaust stockists, including the Peugeot
specialists (Eurocarparts, Neat etc).

thanks Brian.

Saw a few on eurocarparts but didnt really know which to look for.  Was
hoping someone may have done a similar job and be able to reccomend a
specific part?

I can tell you the Peugeot part number. The various other firms may be
able to cross reference it.
