1999 406 instrument panel removal

The bulb for the mileometer has failed. How easy is it to remove the
instrument panel to replace?

Two Torx screws at the top above the instrument panel, then use a wide
flat spatula to unclip the rest of the cover. Then three screws hold
the instrument panel in--one at the top and two at the bottom.

Thanks for the info. I'd done the torx screws but then lost nerve. I'll try
