brake problems with a 306 td

hi when i press the brake the pedal it feels juddery and the steering
wheel is a bit shakey any ideas what the cause is

Hi at a guess i'd say its a warped or cracked brake disc, or excess
build up of rust on the lip of the disc, try clening it all up so
there's no high spots cos that can cause brake judder etc
