Windscreen wash and headlight alarm are not working.  Wash topped up
and fuses are not broken. Any ideas?

Not sure about the headlight alarm but it's not exactly essential
though. Washers could be blocked jets or failed motor. Can you hear the
pump going when you press the switch? If no then either 12V not reaching
motor or the motor is duff. If yes then it's probably a blocked jet or a
disconnected pipe.
