Suddenly the warning buzzer sound that activates when you leave the lights
on when leaving the car when it's turned off doesn't work. I've got a 97 306
XSi.

I've checked fuses and earths as best I can and can see nothing un-toward?
Any ideas on what to check for and a possible solution?

try checking the door  switch for the interior light at the door end, the
lights on warning is usually activated by opening the drivers door when the
lights are on.
