106 - Warm start problem

I have a 1998 Peugeot 106 1050cc.  Cold starting is no problem -
starts first time every time.  Also no problem is an immediate restart
after switching off.

The problem occurs when the car is left for 15 minutes or more.  It's
very difficult to start, and today would only start with a push.  The
battery is new.

Any ideas?

It could be your petrol pump, or the filter i done one the other day
with the same problem fitted new pump as the pump was letting the
petrol back, also the filter,
