Hi folks, my 1991 petrol 405 suddenly races like hell when cold, and only when cold. Cant do anything to slow it down, not even by pulling pedal up. As it comes off choke it slows down untill almost normail when almost warm. Sticking throttle cable or more sinister? choke?
