have had this car for 6 months, the car runs absolutely beautiful
except it will not tick over, it will tick over at 6,000 revs and
nearly stops or will tick over at 12,000 revs and nearly stops, have
adjusted the fast idle and the anti stall to make it run better, but
still can not get it to tick over at 1,000 revs, is there something
that i have over looked? can anyone help? it is a 1.9 turbo diesel. :x

I assume your rev counts are wrong.
This engine ticks over at 900Rpm with the aorcon off
1200 RPM with air con on.
Least mine does

I take it you have added an extra "0" to your rev gauge readings,
I am sure that not long ago on here, some one mentioned about a downloaded
update that the dealer can do to solve this problem.
I could be talking about a totally different model of car though so don't
hold me to it.
