Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could be of assistance.

I need to replace the indicator stalk (Comm 2000) on my Peugeot 307
XSI.

I will source a used part, but I'm not sure sure how to remove the
steering wheel to gain access to replace the unit.

My concern is how to avoid activating the airbag by accident. I assume
I can just pull the centre boss/airbag off and unplug the airbag wires
which should reveal a centre nut?

Could anyone give me some pointer how to go about it?

Thanks!

Hi, I could be wrong here but I think you just need to remove the plastic
covers that are behind the the steering wheel ( 2 torx bolts in the bottom
cover ). Also I would buy a new com 2000 as this is a very common problem.
