out to replace the bulbs?
Tis a 97 (p-reg) 406 saloon

Cheers

Search the group under  '406 multi function display globe
replacement'   and the comment there about models is important. The
advice about removing the radio worked for me but there was still a
remaining trim covering the Allen screws. the Haynes manual is pretty
good on this - but, as I say, it may not cover all details of later
models. And my problem turned out to be not the multi-function display
but the heating module.

Also the radio would not come completely clear for me - attached to
the wiring loom - and I gave up.

If your query is about a different problem try a group search - and
the Haynes manual. I seem to recall various posts over the years on
this.

the only globe I ever managed to replace was in the clock - thanks to
advice in this group.
