Hi, I'm just asking if anyone has any guides to fitting brakes on a Pug 306 1.9TD, I wanna replace the discs and pads on the front wheels. The make should be engraved on it. The other make, I think, is Teves, which is the usual one. Same thing, different name!!! 2 types.lucas and bendix............one type has ears on the pads, the other doesnt..... it will also be printed on the brake master cylinder resevoir cap. > >Teves is stamped Ate on the caliper. > > > Yes, you're right, sorry. Same thing, different name!!! all the 306 D'turbos are Ate front calipers (according to dealer). It can have a totally different master cylinder to whatever it has on the pads. The shoes can be different too. You could have all three makes fitted to your car!! The only way of telling is by looking. The only way to be sure is buy both and ask for a refund one you take thewrong ones back or take the pads of first.oops and get someone to take you.
