Matrix for 205 52 reg

Looks like I am going to have to change the heater.
Any advise on how its done.

yes glove box out and its all done from the pass side foot well. and it
is a sod of a job to do. when i did one we had to remove the steering
wheel so we could lift the dash up a little bit. so take your time .

I take the glove compartment out and go from there.
Do I only need the heater matrix as they call it

On a 405 a couple of years ago it was about £50 from Peugeot.
Are you sure it is the matrix and not just o-rings?
If a 205 is like a 405 the clamp from the matrix to the feed pipes was
only one screw.
If a 205 is like a 405 (I don't know) you can clamp the rubber hoses the
engine side of the bulkhead to save draining the whole system.

At the start of the pipes which go into the bulkhead into the matrix.

Are you looseing a lot of water from it ?? you might be able to plug it
with some rad weld.untill the warmer weather gets here.
