Can anybody clear a matter up for me when u remove the rad cap say on a pug 405 and it looks rusty water what is wrong withy it?? engine runs very well no oil being used or water i have been asked this nso many times and dont know what to say as i have never come a cross it before.

Nothing is wrong with it. This is natural and all engines shed some
oxide in water.

There are one or two ferrous components in the cooling system. Anti
freeze mix can become acidic after a while and start eating through such
parts. When the rusty water starts to show, a flush through and fresh
antifreeze mix every few years is a good idea.
