Wrong! Sorry, but all people are barbarians. At least in America you can
leave if you don't like the justice system. You can also decide how/where
you want to live, what job to have, who you marry, how many kids you have,
what kind of car you can drive, what religion (if any) to practice, what
politician to vote for, among a multitude of other freedoms. I've traveled
outside the US many times, I can tell you that barbarian practices are very
popular even in other 'developed' countries.....

Being Barbarian is better than being French!  Tookie was a Barbarian, now we
have one less Barbarian.
