Alright, so the midwest got its first real ice/snow storm of he year,
and after all the roads were cleared I went out to clear off my car(and
to find a snowy parking lot!), but once I got in my car and started
driving, I noticed that my speedometer was not working at all. All the
other gauges worked, except for that one. Now I have no problem with
guessing my speed, like Charles' post a while ago; it just really
pissed me off that my electronic speedo would act up like that. I went
to my poker game, came back out, and the damn thing started working
fine as if nothing ever happened. Anyone got any explanations for this,
or was it just the cold weather?

Pull the plug off the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor). Clean the terminals
in the plug and on the VSS. Pack the plug with Dia-electric grease.
Reinstall plug.
