99 transam question about turn signal

i need to change the turn signal arm on my 99 transam.how do i take the old
one out?

Be careful.
If you don't know what you are doing you can set the Air Bag off.
It also retains its own power so removing the battery isn't enough.

Best bet is to get a manual showing the procedure.
