'95 T/A. The driver's side window only rolls down a maximum of about 3
inches, then it won't roll back up unless you wait a few minutes. Anyone
know what the problem might be?

I think that it might be the PW motor starting to go.

yeah, my power window motor in my 95 formula went not too long ago, I had the
same problem.
