I have a 97 chevy camaro V6 3.8 and i just bought it like 2 months
ago, i replaced the power steering pump and replaced the top cover
seals on the engine and had the Transmission flush, and after that the
engine light came on a few days later the car just would not start,
would crank but not start. the problem is that it keeps blowing up the
PCM fuses, as soon as the car is starterd it blows the fuse 13 PCM
(power train control module, Evap canister Purge, Vacuum swithc, Evap
Canister Purge Valve, and transmission). any clue what could be
causing my car to do this?
thank you

I suspect you pinched a wire that goes to one of the output solenoids. You
listed a couple that need to be looked at.

Looking at the schematic it appears fuse 13 powers up the Evap purge
valve, evap vacuum valve, PCM and the transmission.
Take a look at all of them. If you don't have a DVOM or don't know how
to use one, you could unplug those items one at a time and check to
see if the fuse still blows.
