where is the computer box on an 89 firebird

Should be in the RH kick panel area from what I remember.

I think it is in the dash, behind the dash pocket... take off the under
dash panel and look up in there with a flashlight and you should see it...
it is about 9" X 4" X 1" or so... good luck.

Under the dash, behind the dash pocket.

Remove the lower cover, reach up and pull..its held in place with a strip of
velcro on the top of the module.

Uh, mine is held in place by two 7mm screws that attach the bracket that
holds the computer to the dash.  In the same place as mentioned though.
