Hi all,

I'm looking into buying an OBD1 scanner.  What is the best scanner for the buck?

Search Ebay for;

A OTC Monitor 4000E depending what you're going to do, if you're just going
to plink on your car.

you can just get the 4000. The E does OBD2 as well.

Just about any OBDI scanner will be fine. I have an MPSI and an AllScan. The
MPSI is a snap to use---not to mention it's the Saturn OEM scan tool without
the logo. LOL!

www.ebay.com. There are tons of them out there :).
