Love the car...but it is showing its age, 163,000 miles.  Can I get some help?

1.  Vent/AC fans have failed at speeds 1-4, the 5th speed make a horrible squealing sound before it works.  Is this a fan motor(s), fuse, or moisture issue?  How hard is this to fix?

2. Where is the cruise control?  This is servo controlled?  If it failed, but the fuse is good, is there a cable that may be broken?

3. When I run the A/C, there is condensation run off in the floor boards of the passenger side...where should I look to repair?

You've already answered many of my questions...any help here would be appreciated.
