I need a set of new or good used heater cables for my NON-AC 68 GTO.
They are different for AC equipped cars, and 68 cables are unique to that
year only.
I will pay cash or have GTO parts to trade.
Thanks in advance!

I WISH!
NO ONE has repro cables for 68's.
I already tried Performance Years, Ames, Year One, Paddock, and Original
Parts Group.
68 is a "one year only" car for a lot of parts. Heater cables are one of the
parts that only fit a 68, and no one is re-popping them.

Would Olds ones be the same cables? I "may" have a set of them around.

Thanks for the offer!
Unfortunately the 68 GTO & Lemans had a really goofy heater control setup
that they only used for one year (probably because it sucked).
It's not the same as ANY other year or car.
Believe it or not, they did the same thing with the Ignition switch,
convertible top switch, Shifter , and lots of other parts!

Keith, i have a `68 Lemans in my junkyard ,here in upstate New York. I
believe the heater controls and  cables should still be in the car,as it
was a parts car for my wife`s convertable. its a bit muddy out there now
,but i could check if you`re interested.                Phil   (607) 859

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!
I'll buy you a new pair of shoes if you wreck yours!!!
Of course I guess we should talk price before you go mud bogging for them.
You probably already know this, but if they are intact don't try to move
them until you have lubed them! That's what happened to mine. They would
have been ok but one of my kids got in the car and tried to slide the
controls up and down before I got a chance to clean and lube them and they
broke. My car is a convertible also!
Thanks!

Keith, I have the cables and control out of the car.    All three cables
work fine.                                          Phil
