1992 Grand Prix 3.1

1. When I'm driving, if I turn the slightest bit to the right, I get a
weird noise almost like the tire is rubbing

also

2. Every once in awhile the car just cranks away. I've checked the
coils when it does this and no spark is going through. If I crank it
long enough it starts. Have done self diagnosis and nothing is coming
up.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
