How do you get the power steering pulley out of the way to get water
pump to be replaced

On my wife's pontiac I used a puller, removed the pulley from the power
steering pump.  Then changed out the water pump. Then reinstalled the Pulley
on the power steering pump.  The local auto parts store had the right tool
to do this.
