99 Grand Am Front Calipers Sticking

I replaced both calipers, had my rotors inspected and they do not need

Try spraying them with a good oil.

What makes you think the lines are collapsed?
Take it to a pro.

id try new rubber brake hoses .they do collapse sometimes.
if you get em off, try blowing thru them to see if ones different than
the other.
