I ran over a curb last winter, and ever since then, the power steering
has needed fluid a couple of times. I put some in last winter and it
was fine until th weather got cold this winter..I put more in and
about a week or two later it went out again..I even bought the stop
leak stuff...what else could it be? And is it expensive? Thank you for
your guys help!!!

that doesn't work.
what else could it be?
besides what?
And is it expensive?
Depends on what "it" means.
You have a leak.
Leaks are found by visual inspection, so no one can tell you what leaks
without looking at the car. Power steering hoses usually leak with age,
which your car doesn't have. It's more likely your steering rack leaks
because you had an accident. For a car that new, the rack is likely
very expensive. I'd guess a parts and labor cost of at least $500.
But my speculation is not worth 1/10000 that of a good visual inspection
