Trying to find the voltage regulator on a 91 lemans. Put a new altenator
in but battery is (while running) only 10 volt. Battery warning light is on.
Voltage read at the altenator is reading close to 15 volts. Not sure if
there is anything else to look at?

I'm not a Korean Le Mans expert, but I do know that regulators have been
built into the alternators for some time now. It sounds like a wiring
problem between the alt and the batt...unless of course the new alt is
defective.

Is the battery still good?

Yup Battery still good? When charged by a battery charger it is still able
to hold the charge and start the car.

It's time to get out your meter and check the fuseable link. To the naked
eye it looks like a piece of wire has been spliced into the line.
