I am having a time at trying to drain the radiator on a 2003 Pontiac gran
prix.
How is it done?  I am not familiar with the drain plug (if that is what it
is).
I found a small white plug like device on the left side of the radiator
however it has a triangular top as if for tightening only. Is this the drain
plug? How do I loosen it?
Please help!

Turn it counter clockwise:

Sometimes you'll need to pull on it as you turn, with pliers.

If you have to pull to get it loose, you'll need a replacement.
